We should, within the next few days, get the official lowdown on next month’s Xbox Live Free Games with Gold. We should, for that matter, be hearing about our new PlayStation Plus free games as well, since the PSN store updates on Tuesdays and next Tuesday will be the first day of August. As far as Xbox games go, we may have just seen our free games for next month a few days early. Spanish Xbox site SomosXbox published an article with a promo banner displaying two new Xbox One games, and two new Xbox 360 games.

If this leak turns out to be accurate, Xbox One owners are in for a really great August. After last months’ mediocre showing, this should more than make up to the people who’ve been craving some flagship first-party games. This month’s first-party offering is an Xbox 360 backward compatible game, but it’s a great one. Keep scrolling to the supposed Xbox One and Xbox 360 games for August:
