The first season of Stranger Things presented audiences with a wide variety of mysteries, with only a handful of those getting answered by the season finale. With the second season premiering this Friday, authorities have the same burning question that much of the audience has: Where’s Eleven? See how Mike (Finn Wolfhard) handles the interrogation in the clip above.

Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) became one of the breakout hits of the show’s first season, a young girl with telekinetic abilities that she used to help save her newfound friends from a threat that arrived from another dimension. Sadly, the exertion required to stop this monstrosity seemingly depleted her entire essence, leaving these friends to fend for themselves going forward.
Luckily, the first season’s final moments showed Hopper (David Harbour) making a stop at a box in the woods in which he delivered a stack of Eggos, Eleven’s favorite snack.
Stranger Things 2 picks up one year after the events of the first season of Stranger Things, on Halloween of 1984. The second season will expand the mythology of the Upside Down and what that means for the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana.
All of the major cast members from the first season are returning, along with a handful of new characters to further combat the forces from the Upside Down.
Following its debut, Stranger Things became one of the most-talked-about TV series of last year, thanks to its unique blend of sci-fi, horror and fantasy. Primarily featuring an unknown cast, the ensemble was lauded for their abilities to bring the story to life, especially the younger members of the cast.
The dynamic between all of the characters was so well-regarded, in fact, that they earned the Screen Actors Guild award for Best Ensemble Cast in a Drama Series.
Check out Stranger Things 2 when it hits Netflix this Friday.
