Gronk Reveals Truth Behind Reports He Snubbed Chris Evans' Invite To Captain America: Civil War Premiere

The feud between Captain America and the New England Patriots' Rob Gronkowski is finally over!
Okay, not actually a feud. More like a friend not RSVP'ing to your birthday party in a timely fashion. Instead of doing the normal family and friends thing for Captain America: Civil War, Actor Chris Evans decided to invite some players from the Patriots to the premiere, including Gronk. At one point, he said he hadn't heard back from him yet, and that's how we got here.
Gronk explained what happened to Draft Kings's Katie Nolan when he was asked why he blew off Captain America. He said: "I didn't blow off Captain America. He asked me to go to the premiere like 3 months ago. I would love to go to the premiere, see the movie with him, he's a cool dude, I've met him before, but I was training in Miami with my brother. It was just a little too much on my body. We start up tomorrow, and I wanted to make sure I was in shape. But I answered him back actually, and said I'm sorry dawg, I'm just not out there and I can't make it."
I'm sure the Patriots are happy to hear he picked training over a movie any day.
