Thor 3 works so well in large part because of the odd-pairing of Thor and Hulk, but the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War crossover will apparently introduce a pairing that fans will love even more than Hulk and Thor:
When Hulk Met Rocket
As Mark Ruffalo revealed in a recent interview, Hulk will be getting friendly with Guardians of the Galaxy‘s Rocket Raccoon during the events of Avengers: Infinity War! Check out what the actor had to say to USA Today:
“It’s a very funny relationship that the two of them have: First of all, it’s the biggest superhero and the smallest. Just keeping them in a frame together is a feat and hilarious in itself.”
As Ruffalo points out, having the various Marvel film franchises finally colliding together is half of Avengers: Infinity War‘s appeal: “All of the universes coming together is just a sight gag within itself,” Ruffalo says.

Infinity Team-Up
The biggest Marvel superhero and the one with the biggest mouth sounds like a great pairing to us – though Hulk and Rocket may not be the best influences on each other. After all, they’re both already pretty hot under the collar – often with explosive results.
Seeing Tony Stark and Rocket together in Infinity War has also been high on fans’ wish list; but more importantly: how will Groot feel if he sees Rocket getting cozy with a new giant best friend?
Thor: Ragnarok is in theaters on November 3rd. Other upcoming MCU movies include Black Panther on February 16, 2018, 2017, Avengers: Infinity War on May 4, 2018, Ant-Man and the Wasp on July 6, 2018, Captain Marvel on March 8, 2019, the fourth Avengersmovie on May 3, 2019, the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming on July 5, 2019, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 in 2020.
