Wilson Fisk, a.k.a. the Kingpin of Crime has left his operation in San Francisco to return to New York City. The heroes of the Marvel universe have been using the precognitive powers of the Inhuman called Ulysses to dish out predictive justice, arrested criminals before they can commit crimes, which has made it nearly impossible for the city’s crime bosses to continue their operations. But where others see obstacles, Wilson Fisk sees opportunity.
Fisk has acquired the assistance of an Inhuman named Janus Jardeesh who is capable of staying hidden from anybody, even Ulysses. This has allowed Fisk to resume his reign as Kingpin in New York City. But now Fisk has a target on his back, and Jardeesh is growing ill. Could the Kingpin’s time a the top be coming to an abrupt end?
Civil War II: Kingpin #2 goes on sale in comic book stores and in digital comics apps on Aug. 3, 2016. Check out the preview pages in the gallery at the bottom of the article.

โข Despite the heroes’ new future-seeing ally, the crime business is treating Wilson Fisk VERY well. So well, in fact, that his jealous competitors are MURDERING the Kingpin’s men.
โข And to make matters worse, the linchpin of Fisk’s operation – an inhuman with the uncanny ability to stay incognito – is getting ill.
โข Can the Kingpin find a way to keep his business afloat or is his time on top finally finished?
