Not long ago, the world got its first good look at Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2, and it has them hooked on a good sort of feeling. The quirky, quip-filled footage introduced fans to updated iterations of Star-Lord, Drax, Baby Groot, and more. Now, Hasbro is giving fans an even better look at the film’s heroes with its upcoming wave of Marvel Legends figures, so fans better start saving their money now.

So far, the entire Guardians team has yet to have their figures released, but Star-Lord and Drax went ahead with their debuts. The former character can be seen sporting a shorter coat and upgraded helmet while Drax is seen in full-on beast mode. A movie figure of Yondu was also created, and his Marvel Legend has Michael Rooker’s mug on its impressive face sculpt.

The rest of the released wave focuses heavily on the Guardians of the Galaxy comic books. Characters like Marvel’s Angela, Marvel’s Nova, Darkhawk, Vance Astro, Marvel’s Titus are all included in this new wave.

Hopefully, more Marvel Legends inspired by the sequel will be released as its premiere date draws closer. We all know the kind of marketing appeal that Baby Groot carries on his sapling shoulders, so Hasbro would be amiss to overlook the character’s popularity when it comes to collectables like these.

Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2,’ Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill’s true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes’ aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is written and directed by James Gunn (Slither). The film marks the return of the original Guardians, including Chris Pratt (Jurassic World) as Peter Quill/Star-Lord; Zoe Saldana (Star Trek Into Darkness) as Gamora; Dave Bautista (Spectre) as Drax; Vin Diesel (Furious 7) as the voice of Groot; Bradley Cooper (American Sniper) as the voice of Rocket; Michael Rooker (Jumper) as Yondu; Karen Gillan (The Big Short) as Nebula; and Sean Gunn (Gilmore Girls) as Kraglin. New cast members include Pom Klementieff (Oldboy), Elizabeth Debicki (The Great Gatsby, Everest), Chris Sullivan (The Knick, The Drop) and Kurt Russell (The Hateful Eight, The Thing).
