Deadpool 2: Internet Reacts To Josh Brolin As Cable

Earlier today, it was revealed that Josh Brolin had officially landed the role of Cable in the upcoming Deadpool sequel. On top of that, the actor signed a four-film contract that will extend through the X-Force films.

Fans have been waiting on the Cable casting for over a year now, tracking every move that the Deadpool creative team has been making. Still, no matter how much anyone prepared, we weren’t ready for this news.

Brad Pitt, Michael Shannon, and plenty of others were rumored throughout this casting process, but Brolin never came up. This announcement was a total surprise, and people are reacting accordingly.
