Ilex Press is known for their popular series of 1000 Dot-To-Dot art books, and now fans will get to recreate some of the most popular renditions of characters like Iron Man, Captain Marvel, Spider-Man, Thor, and Captain America.
“It’s an exciting feeling to witness your favorite Marvel Super Heroes come to life as you follow the numbered path and connect the dots,” said Marvel’s SVP Sales & Marketing, David Gabriel. “With each number, a piece of the puzzle is uncovered until one of Marvel’s greatest heroes is revealed!”
All in all, there will be 20 different Dot-To-Dot translations featured in the first volume, all created by illustrator Thomas Pavitte. Pavitte’s work has sold over 1.5 million copies and has been published in 25 different languages, so he’s pretty much got this down to a science.
Ilex’s Roly Allen said, “It’s been amazing to be able to step into Marvel’s universe of characters for this project. Their editors, our team, and Thomas Pavitte have worked incredibly closely to create puzzles that will delight Marvel aficionados and bring their favorite characters to life in an exciting new way.”
