This summer, Spider-Man will enter a new era when Marvel Studios teams up with Sony Pictures to give the hero a joint solo feature. Following his debut in Captain America: Civil War, Tom Holland will reprise his role as Spider-Man in the film Spider-Man: Homecoming. The blockbuster will take place after Peter Parker first meets Tony Stark and gets involved with the Avengers’ fallout. While Spider-Man will have a decked-out costume to don courtesy of Iron Man, the hero will suit up in a variety of other uniforms. And, now, fans can now get a better look at Spider-Man’s homemade costume.

Thanks to a new promo from Marvel Collector Corps, a new promo image of Spider-Man in his homely costume has appeared. The high-quality image gives fans a look at the suit’s gloves, wrist gauntlets, and makeshift googles. The promo also shows Spider-Man with his uniform’s hood pulled up, and fans have noted the cover seems to be based off Ben Reilly’s usual get-up.

In the second trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming, fans learned that Peter would have to don his first suit after Iron Man confiscates his hi-tech costume. The Avenger is none-too-pleased when Peter accidentally causes a New York ferry to come under attack, but the hero won’t let Iron Man stop him. The teenage vigilante continues to do his job on the down-low whilst sporting his handmade costume. And, as you might imagine, the outfit change is a bit of a downgrade.
