Spider-Man has earned fans all across the world since his first comic debut in 1962. One of those fans is Tom Holland, who currently plays the web slinger in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Holland has been outspoken about his relationship with the character, including a rather awkward outing involving a Spider-Man suit and a party that occurred long before he earned the role.

According to Holland, that love for the character manifested in some pretty peculiar ways, especially while on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming. During a recent interview on The Graham Norton Show, which you can watch a snippet of below, Holland revealed that he ran into trouble on the Homecoming set when he couldn’t stop making the web shooter’s sound effect with his mouth.

“I had a nightmare on Spider-Man.” Holland explained. “I kept going ‘psst!’ I couldn’t [make the hand motion] without going ‘psst!’ And the poor sound guy, I do ten webs every scene, and the poor sound guy’s going ‘This f*cking kid won’t stop going ‘psst psst psst!’”

While it’s safe to assume that all of Holland’s impromptu sound effects were edited out of the film, it does serve as a fun bit of trivia, and shows just how much Holland loves playing the role.
