Images From The Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them Trailer

Warner Bros. today released the first trailer for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, set to return audiences to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

The trailer showed us the magical community of 1920s New York, and the visiting magizoologist Newt Scamander.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures.Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident…were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is directed by David Yates, who directed the final four Harry Potter films, from a screenplay by Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling. The film stars Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol, Dan Fogler, Samantha Morton, Ezra Miller, Colin Farrell, Faith Wood-Blagrove, Jenn Murray, Jon Voight and Ron Perlman.
