Actress Rya Kihlstedt is jumping from the world of avenging murderers to avenging superheroes, as she joins the cast of NBC's Heroes Reborn.
Kihlstedt is well known for her role on the Showtime series Dexter, where she played the character Michelle Ross. Her known on Heroes Reborn is still unknown.
Kihlstedt is also know for her role on Masters of Sex and Nashville. She will be the latest in a series of new faces coming to the NBC revival of ordinary people who suddenly develop super powers. Other newcomers include Zachary Levi, Ryan Guzman, and Robbie Kay among others The heroes alumni returning to the show include Jack Coleman, Masi Oka, and Jimm Jean-Louis.
Already confirmed for a 13-episode run, Heroes Reborn is expected to hit NBC this fall.
