New Hobbit Banner Gives a Widescreen Look at Middle-Earth

A new banner made available by Warner Brothers just in time for San Diego Comic-Con International to begin this week shows the world of The Hobbit in all its glory. That goes along with the official Comic-Con poster for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey which was made just for Comic-Con (right). Featuring star Martin Freeman (Bilbo Baggins), as well as Hugo Weaving as Elrond, Ian McKellen's Gandalf and of course Gollum (the CGI creature played by Andy Serkis), the poster boasts a varity of tones and settings and gives fans a taste of what to expect from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey when it hits theaters in December.
