The Simpsons Behind-the-Scenes Video Introduces Edward James Olmos

Edward James Olmos and Bobby Moynihan are guest-starring on The Simpsons next Sunday, with an episode that features a celebrity chef and a down-home pitmaster because Homer is at his best when surrounded by food.

The video debuted on Variety and shows Olmos and Moynihan in action as they record their characters. Olmos gets very into it, talking about developing the pitmaster before seeing the sketches. Moynihan, who plays the celebrity chef's son on the episode, geeks out a bit more on the Simpsons and his personal love for the franchise.
