Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Side Of Dimensions Movie Tickets Go On Sale December 16

If you are ready to reenter the world of Yu-Gi-Oh!, then you better get ready to go. Next year, the franchise will return in a big way when its newest feature film comes to U.S. theaters. Now, 4K Media has announced when those movie tickets will go on sale, and it is probably sooner than you'd expect.

Tickets for Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Side Of Dimensions will go on-sale December 16, but many locations are already selling tickets. If your local theater is not part of the current roster, then you should check back tomorrow when all sales go up.

The ticket announcement was also paired with the company's winners for a previous Voiceover Contest. Three contests were held this year, and six winners have been chosen to be voice-actors for the English dub of Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Side Of Dimensions. The film, which hits theaters on January 27, will reintroduce new and old fans to the iconic anime">anime franchise after a prolonged hiatus.

Kristen Gray, SVP of Operations and Business & Legal Affairs at 4K Media, said, "We're very excited to offer Yu-Gi-Oh! fans the opportunity to purchase their movie tickets in advance, to insure their ability to see this limited-release film while in theatres. We are also happy to share that theatres will be distributing an exclusive promotional Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card to fans as they enter the theatre, while supplies last."

Abroad, Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Side Of Dimensions has made a killing at the Japanese box-office. The film debuted in April and pulled in $1.2 million on its opening weekend. So far, the anime feature has earned more than $9 million total during its run.
