Transformers: Prime 1 Studio Debuts Jazz Statue

01/02/2017 04:54 pm EST

Prime 1 Studio and Sideshow Collectibles have revealed a new statue based on the Transformers character Jazz.

This Jazz statue is based on his appearance in the first Transformers live-action movie from 2007.

Jazz is a first lieutenant Autobot, with a good nature and is always able to take things in stride. A contrast from the serious nature of Ironhide or Optimus Prime. Constantly teased by his fellow Autobots about being a talker, this small Autobot is willing to take on any foe, great or small.

The Jazz Statue stands approximately 19 inches tall and features LED light-up functions on his head. His interchangeable arms make great display options. Don't miss your chance to add this Autobot to your Transformers collection!

In Transformers, the fate of humanity is at stake when two races of robots, the good Autobots and the villainous Decepticons, bring their war to Earth. The robots have the ability to change into different mechanical objects as they seek the key to ultimate power. Only a human youth, Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) can save the world from total destruction.

The next installment of the live-action Transformers movie series is Transformers: The Last Knight.

In Transformers: The Last Knight, having left Earth in search of the Creators, Optimus Prime returns. Two worlds collide but only one will survive.

The cast of Transformers: The Last Knight features Mark Wahlberg (Planet of the Apes) as Cade Yeager, Isabela Moner (100 Things To Do Before High School) as Izabella, Josh Duhamel (Life as We Know It) as Lieutenant Colonel William Lennox, John Turturro (The Big Lebowski) as Seymour Simmons, and Tyrese Gibson (Furious 7) as Robert Epps, as well as Jerrod Carmichael (Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising), Anthony Hopkins (Thor: The Dark World). The voice cast includes Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime and John Goodman (10 Cloverfield Lane) as Hound.

Transformers: The Last Knight is set for release June 23, 2017.
