John Wick: Chapter 2 is about blow its way into theaters, and the gang over at Screen Junkies is taking advantage by putting out an Honest Trailer about the original film.

The trailer (as usual) is spot on, nailing all the foibles of the John Wick storyline, mythos and character. Among the funny insights provided, we got:
- Jabs at how many useless henchmen John Wick Kills to get to one target.
- The somewhat lackluster final “boss battles.”
- Action that doesn’t use quick-cut edits and shaky cam.
- Keanu Reeves showing off more action athleticism in his 40s than he did in his 20s.
- Jokes about the extensive assassin/hitman underworld that Wick exists in.
- Mention of horrible (read: emotionally exploitative) crime that kicks off the whole thing.
- Comparisons of the main actors and their past iconic roles (Bill & Ted, The Matrix, Game of Thrones, etc…).

John Wick: Chapter 2 is directed by Chad Stahelski and written by Derek Kolstad. The film stars Keanu Reeves, Common, Laurence Fishburne, Riccardo Scamarcio, Ruby Rose, John Leguizamo, and Ian McShane. It opens in theaters on Feb. 10, 2017.
