Power Rangers Ninja Steel had a profound presence at the who, including a new poster for the upcoming second half of the season. That said, classic shows like Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Power Rangers Zeo, and a surprising announcement from Power Rangers in Space were also in attendance.
Even BOOM! Studios Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic series made an impression on the show, and you can’t forget about Power Rangers Legacy Wars, which received a few announcements at Bandai’s Power Hour presentation.
While not the first announcement by any means, you can’t help but notice the amazing items shown off by EFX Collectibles (via Power Rangers NOW).
The company introduced a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Green Ranger helmet, recreated in stunning life size scale.
The details and paint application on display here is amazing, and the helmet was on hands to view at the show. EFX did one better though by announcing they are following up the Green Ranger helmet with a Red Ranger version, though the Red Ranger helmet will be based on the recent movie. EFX also revealed that a textured effect will be included with that version, as opposed to the cleaner design of the Green Ranger helmet.
You can view the beautiful Green Ranger life-sized helmet here, which is expected to ship sometime later this year. The Red Ranger helmet is expected sometime in 2018. Neither helmet has a price as of yet, but EFX Collectibles plans to release more information on that and when it can be pre-ordered soon.
In keeping with the Mighty Morphin vibe, Bandai announced a few more things from the classic series, and you can find out more on the next slide!
Mighty Morphin Rescaled Toyline
Mighty Morphinย Power Rangers might be transitioning out ofย Bandai’sย Legacy lineup, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be getting new merchandise.
During Bandai’sย Power Hour panel at Comic-Con, a new Mighty Morphinย line was announced that seeks to bring the classicย Dinozordsย into current Power Rangers movie Zord scale. Upgrading the size of the Zords will allow them to be combined with others in the line.
First out of the gate will be the T-Rex and Sabertoothย Tiger zords, each of which will come with their appropriate Ranger. These two will hit stores in 2018, and once all are introduced an upgrade in size and stature Megazord can be assembled.
Zeo Golden Power Staff
Power Rangers Zeo fans had plenty to celebrate at Comic-Con this year, especially those who love the Gold Ranger. Now they can bring a replica of his lethal Golden Power Staff home with them.
Or they will soon be able to that is. Bandai announced the latest in their Legacy Battle Gear Line, which will feature the Golden Power Staff.ย The staff will feature lights and sounds, but more importantly, is created in scale with the original item used in Zeo.
The Legacy Golden Power Staff will hit sometime in 2018 and joins other items in the line like Saba and the recently revealed Power Sword. As for the Power Staff, you can view an HD image of the impressive replica below, and for more, you can head here. No word on price yet, but for comparison, the Legacy Power Sword retails for $149.99.
For context, the Golden Power Staff was wielded by the Gold Ranger, who thanks to Tommy Oliver (Zeo’s Red Ranger at the time) turned out to be old friend Jason Scott from the original Mighty Morphin Rangers. He would later give up those powers so they could return to their original owner, but his time as the Gold Ranger will always be fondly remembered.
Psycho Ranger Legacy Figures
Heroes are only as good as their villains, and the Psycho Rangers are one of the more popular teams in that regard. Bandaiย America revealed at their Comic-Conย panel that the next wave of Legacy Figures will include the entire group, along with two Rangers for good measure.
Waves 7 and 8 of the Legacy line will include the Red, Blue, Black, Yellow, and Pink Psycho Rangers, alongside the Dino Thunder White Ranger and the Power Rangers In Space Silver Ranger.
The Red, Blue, Black, and Yellow Psycho Rangers, as well as the In Space Silver Ranger, will also include the parts needed to assemble the Build-A-Figure Alpha 5. The Dino Thunder White Ranger will include a Build-A-Figure piece as well, but for the Dino Thunder Megazord.
No release date is currently known for the new figures, but hopefully, official images will be released soon.
Zeo Legacy Zeonizer
Lots of Zeo love this year at Comic-Con, and Bandaiย kept it up once more by introducing another Legacy Zeoย entry, the Zeonizer.ย
Fans can expect more Zeoย in the future as the Legacy line closes out its Mighty Morphinย run, and the Zeonizerย is one of the initialย offerings. The Zeonizerย acted as theย Zeoย Power Rangers standardย Morpher. In contrast to the Mighty Morphinย version. the Zeonizerย was worn on the wrist instead of on theย waist, and the new version will be wearable as well.
This is the first time the Zeonizerย has been offered at retail since 1996 and accompanies Bandai’sย offering of the Gold Ranger’s Legacy communicator and Power Staff.

Mighty Morphin And Movie Bust Line
Pop Culture Shock Collectibles are known for their slick and stylish statues, and they’re bringing that same sensibility to the Power Rangers.
At Comic-Con the company introduced a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Green Ranger statue at 1/4 scale. The statue features the Green Ranger riding on Dragonzord’sย tale as it descends back into the water. The Green Ranger is equipped with his Dragon Dagger, and overall it’s one of the best looking Power Rangers statues to date.
While no release date or price has been released for that yet, PCSย did reveal a fantastic new addition to its Power Rangers Mini Bust line, which already includes the Mighty Morphinย Green Ranger, Black Ranger, Pink Ranger, and Dragonzord, as well as the recent movie’s Red Ranger and Rita Repulsa. Joining them will be the breakout character from BOOM! Studios Power Rangers comic series, Lord Drakkon, who looks fantasticย on the show floor.
No price or date yet on Drakkonย either, but you can catch a glimpse of him below.
Imaginext Line
Not to be outdone, the Imaginext Line will get a few additions as well, and of the massive variety.
The Imaginextย Rangers will get some reinforcementsย to face down Rita’s monsters in the form of the Megazord. The Megazordย was shown off at Bandai’sย Power Hour Comic-Con panel, but he wasn’t alone. Alongside the Megazordย is the original carrier Zordย Titanus, and according to the images, fans will be able to combine the two to form the first two parts of the Ultrazord.
Imaginextย is also getting the powerful Thunder Megazord, which the Rangers will need to fight off the Pirantis, a memorable Mighty Morphin villain.
None of these new additions have prices or release dates yet, but you can view them all below.

Legacy Wars Characters
The popular Legacy Wars game got a few updates at the Power Hour Comic-Con panel as well, including a throwback to the show’sย Mighty Morphinย roots.
Developer nWay revealed the popular Ninjor and the Putties recently seen in the Power Rangers reboot.
As you can see in the gallery, the Putties received a stellar makeover for the film, and these new and improved combatants will soon be available later this year. No word on whether they will be attack or defense based, but odds are they won’t be of the balanced variety.
As for Ninjor, the character stems from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers season 3, where the Rangers enlist his help to gain the Ninja Power after their previous Zords and Power Coins were destroyed. Odds are Ninjor will be attack based in the game, but nothing is known as of now. Ninjor should also be available later this year.
You can view all of the new additions here.
