Negan, it’s been too long. The fan-favorite villain of The Walking Dead has become a star of the series, but it no one has seen the guy for almost three weeks now. Last time anyone saw him, Negan was buddying up to Eugene in the Sanctuary.

The last two episodes of the show have focused on characters like Rick, Michonne, Carol, and Morgan, so there wasn’t really a need to have Negan on the show.

So, will Negan be on The Walking Dead tonight?

Luckily, the answer is yes. If you watched the episode preview that AMC released, you probably got a quick glimpse of Negan at the very end. As Sasha looked through her sniper scope, the villain was seen in the cross-hairs. The guy was surrounded by a few of his Saviors, so Sasha couldn’t have had a clear shot.

With that in mind, it’s guaranteed that Negan will appear in tonight’s episode in some capacity. It’s unclear however, how big the role will be.

If the episode is focusing on Sasha and Rosita, there may not be much to be seen of Negan. It’s unlikely that they infiltrate the entire Sanctuary in one episode, so they probably won’t have a face-to-face encounter with Negan.

There’s a possibility that the sniper shot is the only time you’ll see Negan in the entire episode. However, it’s more screen-time than he’s gotten in the past two episodes combined.

The Walking Dead is currently ranked fifth in ComicBook.com’s user rankings. The only shows earning better rankings are Stranger Things, Game of Thrones, Daredevil, and The Flash. Be sure to head over and rank your favorite shows!
