Somebody grab Shane Walsh to explain to this hospital staff how to handle zombies. A video has surfaced online showcasing what certainly looks like a real-life walker.

The footage, embedded at the top of this page, shows a patient at the Miguel Couto Hopsital in Rio, Brazil, who was brought in after being shot in the face. Blood is dripping, all around his mouth, really emphasizing the zombie look. However, rest easy, knowing that the blood is not from eating other living humans but rather is his own.

Of course, the man is not growling and trying to get a hold of anybody but is laughing maniacally which seems to be more of a horror movie’s possession than a zombie virus reanimating him.

According to Daily Mail, terrified hospital staff were too scared to approach the patient and other clips online show doctors and nurses keeping a comfortable difference from the man. The video at the top of the page was originally uploaded under the name, “WTF? Zombies are real?”

Further details, included the man’s identity and whether or not he was treated at the hospital, are unknown. That said, it might be time to head straight for the Alexandria Safe-Zone and grab some safety inside of the communities zombie-proof walls.
