Following the reveal of the Season 7 premiere’s title and synopsis, SpoilerTV claims to have nabbed the same information for the second and third episodes for the coming season.
According to the report, The Walking Dead episode 7×02 will be titled, “The Well.” The official synopsis for The Well reads, “For a number of familiar faces, a new, well-established community seems too good to be true.”
By the same account, episode 7×03 will be called, “The Cell.” The synopsis for The Cell reads, “A new group of survivors seem to have it all in their impressive community; however, there is a price.”
If these titles and synopsis are to be believed, it would seem to indicate a change in plans for the introduction of the Kingdom from the third episode to the second. That said, 7×02’s “familiar faces” could very well be Negan, Daryl, Simon, and possibly a member of the Alexandria community seeing the Sanctuary for the first time. The Sanctuary’s safety is most certainly too good to be true when you have to live under the oppression of Negan.
Furthermore, the third episode has a similar synopsis. It will introduce a new community, as well, but the “price” could indicate obedience to Negan by either members of the Saviors or the Kingdom’s lack of choice in handing over half of their supplies on a regular basis.
Take these titles and synopsis with a grain of salt. Prior to Season 6’s finale, episode titles for the final three episodes of the season surfaced and claimed the 16th episode of the year would be called, “Something to Fear,” when it actually turned out to be “Last Day on Earth.”
