Sunday night, tragedy struck the strip of Las Vegas when gunfire was unleashed on an innocent crowd attending a Jason Aldean concert.
More than fifty lives were lost and four hundred people were left injured by the time the shooting concluded. It was the deadliest mass shooting in the history of the United States and has earned reactions from the entire world.

Among those sending tributes to the victims of the Las Vegas shooting are the cast and crew of The Walking Dead.
Executive producer of the AMC series Gale Anne Hurd is quick to condemn the act, calling the shooter a terrorist, and sending thoughts and prayers to those affected by the tragedy.

The tweet quoted by Hurd’s cites Las Vegas law which also condemns the shooter as a terrorist.

Among the cast members paying tribute is newcomer to the series Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Morgan joined the series as Negan in its Season 6 finale before commanding the screen through Season 7. “Prayers and condolences to those in vegas,” Morgan wrote.

Eric actor Jordan Woods-Robinson took a more detailed approach to discussing the Vegas shooting. The actor started a thread, calling for action and gun control. It started with a what he plans to tell his kids every night before they go to sleep. “I love you. You are safe. I will be her in the morning when you wake up,” Woods-Robinson wrote.
As he goes on, he points out this won’t be case for several children, now.
