2K Announces NXT Collector's Edition for WWE2K17

Looks like the superstars of WWE's NXT brand are coming to WWE2K17 afterall.

It's been unclear about how many would be featured in the new game and if they would just be DLC like some have been in the past, but today, 2K announced a special edition of the game that would feature game that comes with a ton more stuff than just game content.

The WWE2K17 NXT Edition would feature the following, outside the game and new box art of course:

• Copy of WWE 2K17 video game;
• Exclusive premium packaging;
• NXT Enhancement Pack:
  • Playable NXT Superstars: Shinsuke Nakamura, Nia Jax and Apollo Crews;
  • 50 percent more points at NXT in MyCareer;
• Exclusive Canvas 2 Canvas lithograph designed by WWE artist Rob Schamberger and autographed by NXT Superstar Shinsuke Nakamura;
• Exclusive eight-inch "Demon" Finn Bálor collectible figurine;
• ExclusiveToppsNXTTakeOver: London Mat Relics Card:
  • Each card will include a piece of authentic ring canvas from the event;
  • Each card will feature one of 14 featured Superstars from event;
  • Each Superstar's card will have one of 10 different rarity levels;
• Goldberg Pack: access to two playable versions of legendary WCW® and WWE star Bill Goldberg, as well as playable WCW Monday Nitro and Halloween Havoc arenas.

The new edition will retail at $99.99 and definitely seems like a steal with all that content. It's also at a limited run at only 50,000 copies. Triple H, the COO of the WWE and overseer of the NXT brand talked about this edition of the game and how it's perfect for the fans who were wanting more.
