WWE takes it circus all over the world that means that Superstars are exposed to new customs and new laws on a regular basis. But sometimes it's hard to keep up with the rules, and that almost got Chris Jericho tossed in a Brazilian jail a few years ago.

In an interview with Orlando's 101.1 WJRR, Jericho told a story about intervening and getting Jericho out of Brazil while he was wanted by the police.

"About six, seven years ago I kicked a flag in Brazil which is a felony, which no one told us beforehand. Like, it's really bad. Long story short, the army wanted me arrested and taken to the jungle prison," he said.

Given Jericho's classically heel career, kicking a native flag sounds right up his alley. However, Brazilian authorities didn't appreciate the act, kayfabe or not. And apparently neither did McMahon.

"He was really mad. Very furious. He actually suspended me for it. But in the meantime, he got me out of there within hours. He's like 'you're getting out of there now.' So we went straight to the airport, got on the plane and took off and went to some other country," he said. We weren't supposed to leave until the next day and he said 'you're leaving now.'"

Jericho didn't mention if he left via Stealth Bomber, but we're glad to hear he avoided "jungle prison." Even more, it sounds like McMahon frustrations with Y2J were soon forgotten as they maintain a healthy relationship. Jericho opened up about what it's like to work for the WWE boss.

"Obviously a very intimidating guy, just by all the stuff he has accomplished, but great guy though. Really cool guy. Loves AC/DC, that's his favorite band. Anybody that loves AC/DC is cool automatically. Just a good guy and very driven, very intense. Intimidating, but also he's great to work for. I really enjoy throwing ideas around with each other, butting heads in a creative way. He's the boss. You know he's the boss, but he doesn't rule with an iron fist. He doesn't have to because he has the respect of everybody that works for him," said Jericho.

The 47-year-old Jericho is still actively wrestling as his most notable recent appearance came at September's All In event. Current rumors have Jericho making a guest appearance in Impact in the near future, but until that happens, it's only speculation. Even though Jericho is on the tail end of his in-ring career, we'll guess he's due one final run WWE before it's all done. And that may come in 2019.
