Happy Birthday! WWE Superstar Goldust Turns 47 Today

In the world of the WWE, there are bizarre, but there's only one Bizarre One.

Goldust has been shocking WWE audiences with his eccentric attire and strange mannerisms for over 20 years. While, Dustin Rhodes, the man behind the make up didn't start his career as the gold-covered enigma, but rather as a plainer version of himself. It wasn't til he reached the WWF in 1995 that his personality shown through and offered something to the company that has never been seen before.

Debuting at In Your House in October in 1995, Goldust made his debut against the former Rocker, Marty Janetty. He would soon capture the Intercontinental Championship from Razor Ramon in January the following year, as well as introduce to us his manager, Marlena, portrayed by wife Terri Runnels. On his fourth return to WWE, he teamed up with his brother, Cody Rhodes, now Stardust, to win the WWE Tag Team Championship.

Rhodes has wrestled for numerous companies all over the world, but is most associated with the mysterious and bizarre persona that is Goldust.
