After two restarts of the main event, Roman Reigns is still the WWE World Heavyweight Champion!

With the first restart coming from Roman getting the countout, with AJ Styles winning, and the second a result of a disqualification from an unintentional lowblow, both Shane and Stephanie McMahon had their hand in making sure the victory was decided by a pinfall or submission. Each McMahon sibling came out to restart the match, with added stipulations of no countout, then no disqualification, respectively.

Eventually, the team of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson came out to the aid of Styles with the Usos balancing the scales in the aid of Roman. Going back and forth, with Styles hitting the Phenomenal Forearm and attempting the Styles Clash, Roman was able to hit a final spear to get the three-count.

Afterwards, Vince was seen backstage with both Shane and Stephanie, deciding when both Roman and AJ should get a rematch and it was decided that at Extreme Rules in an Extreme Rules match, Roman will once again defend his title against AJ Styles.
