History was once again made in Philadelphia last night when when the New Day successfully defended their WWE RAW Tag Team championships against a total of four other teams to maintain their title reign, which will allow them to break Demolition’s record of 478 days when the clock strikes midnight this evening.

After pushing back the challenges of Luke Gallows/Karl Anderson and Cesaro/Sheamus in the opening match, and then later Chris Jericho/Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins/Roman Reigns, the New Day were able to finally celebrate breaking the 25 year old record.
