Happy Birthday! Chris Evans Turns 35 Years Old Today

Today is Chris Evans' birthday.

As one of the most prolific comic book movie actors around, Evans is best known to fans as Marvel Studios' Captain America. As the sentinel of liberty, Evans has starred in Captain America: The First Avenger, The Avengers, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and Avengers: Age of Ultron. He continued the character's story in this year's Captain America: Civil War, and will be reprising the role in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War Parts 1 & 2. Of course, older comic book movies fans will also remember Evans as The Human Torch from 20th Century Fox's Fantastic Four and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer films.

But Evans' comic book credentials don't end there. He also played Lucas Lee in Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, Jensen In the Losers, and Curtis in Snowpiercer—an adaptation of the popular French graphic novel. His other famous films include Not Another Teen Movie and Push, and the actor will also star in Marc Webb's Gifted, slated for later this year.
