For fans of DC Comics, the countdown is ticking closer to the release of Suicide Squad. The film is exactly one month away from hitting theaters on August 5th, and to celebrate the occasion, Warner Bros. India decided to upload a brand-new Harley Quinn poster on Twitter.

The colorful poster features Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn just slightly right-center while the film's iconic graffiti imagery is littered throughout the background. Harley looks quirky as ever with her multicolored hair pulled up into pigtails, and her torn-up crop top frames her lithe figure. But, with a bat swung over her shoulder, Harley looks every inch as dangerous as she should be. The studio uploaded the newest poster with a brief message, writing, "In One Month, chaos will have a new name! #SuicideSquad in cinemas Aug 5th!"

With San Diego Comic Con on the horizon, fans are eager to see what teasers DC Entertainment will drop for the film later this month. As of now, the studio is promising fans a stellar stage considering that Warner Bros. is slated to release upcoming DCEU titles such as Justice League in the future. And, only months ago, the studios delivered an exciting film synopsis to fans who were eager to learn more about the explosive film. The description for Suicide Squad can be read below:

"It feels good to be bad…Assemble a team of the world's most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government's disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren't picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it's every man for himself?"

As Harley Quinn has stood as a beloved DC character since her debut in Batman: The Animated Series, it's no surprise Robbie fell for her deranged character. In fact, Robbie has openly discussed her wish to reprise the role sometime in the future. DC Entertainment is likely to fulfill her request as a standalone Harley Quinn film (featuring other DC Comics vixens!) is reportedly on the studio's to-do list according to The Hollywood Reporter.
