Following the Digital HD release of X-Men: Apocalypse, a new deleted scene from the film has hit the Internet to remind audiences of the glory bestowed upon shopping malls in the 1980s. But, more importantly, it services some of the film's youngest heroes in a big way.

The deleted scene stands at over three minutes, giving fans a look into what several of Xavier's Gifted Youngsters get up to at a shopping mall. Featuring Jean Grey, Scott Summers/Cyclops, Juibalation Lee/Jubilee, and Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler, the footage shows the gang as they scout out a local mall. The friends do everything from window shopping to arcade gaming and even catch an afternoon showing of Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi.

It's unclear as to why this clip was cut, and many are bemoaning the scene's exclusion from the film. The scene does a lot for the three young heroes as it fleshed out their personalities and relationship dynamics. Some of the shots did make it into the final cut of X-Men: Apocalypse, but the full scene adds the humor and teenage camaraderie which fans felt were missing.

And, honestly, who can hate on the inclusion of "The Safety Dance" by Men Without Hats? The heroes' strut to the one-hit wonder is something any fan can enjoy.

This deleted scene isn't the only clip that's hit the Internet to celebrate the film's digital release. Footage of Jean Grey practicing her archery skills was posted online by 20th Century Fox a few days ago. The clip shows Alex Summers/Havoc as he introduces his younger brother to Charles Xavier. The trio watches as Jean notches an arrow to hone her archery skills, but they clearly aren't expecting Jean to instead aim her weapon at a group of classmates instead of a target. Letting the arrow loose, Jean uses her telekinetic powers to steer the arrow safely aways from her fellow students and instead hit a bullseye.

The film's opening credits also made its way onto the Internet earlier this month for fans who wanted to relive the experience.

Following the critically acclaimed global smash hit X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer returns with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE, opening in theaters everywhere May 27, 2016. Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel's X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.

X-Men: Apocalypse is available now on Digital HD and will hit Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD, and DVD on October 4.
