The Titans television show is inching closer to production, and one of its cast members just provided a pretty cool behind-the-scenes look.

Anna Diop recently shared a video of her visual effects scans for the DC Entertainment series, which will help bring her role of Koriand'r/Starfire to life. You can check it out below.

If you're not familiar with these "light stages", they're used throughout motion capture technology, to get a 360-degree image of a performer to utilize in digital effects. Given Starfire's wide array of powers - particularly her use of flight - it certainly makes sense that this kind of technology would need to be used.

Diop was cast as the DC Comics fan-favorite back in August, and was met with a pretty positive response from fans. Her portrayal of Starfire has been described as "a no-nonsense, take-no-prisoners stranger on our world" who is "searching for her place on Earth."

In addition to Diop, the cast for Titans includes Brenton Thwaites as Nightwing, Teagan Croft as Raven, Lindsey Gort as Detective Amy Rohrbach, and Alan Ritchson and Minka Kelly as DC duo Hawk and Dove. The series will also feature an appearance by Beast Boy, but the role has yet to be officially cast.

Titans is set to debut on DC's new streaming service in 2018.
