Nintendo has been playing around with fans this year when it comes to revealing its plans for the Nintendo Switch, although a recent Nintendo Direct Mini has pointed out a few games that are coming our way, like Dark Souls Remastered, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and several others. But it appears that the company might have a big year in mind, based upon the suggestion of a new survey.

A Twitter user by the name of Felipe Lima recently posted a screenshot from a Nintendo Survey, and while it's untranslated, it suggests what games fans may be excited about when it comes to the rest of 2018. And among those are a couple of surprising entries. You can check out the screenshot below.

The first is Bayonetta 3, which was announced last year during the Video Game Awards, and suggested for a summer 2018 release, so that one isn't a big surprise. However, the survey also notes that we could be seeing the Pokemon Switch game that's being rumored releasing sometime this year.

Now, this has been talked about for some time, going back towards a more traditional Pokemon gameplay sort of set-up, instead of what we experienced with last year's Pokken Tournament DX. And it's something that has had a lot of fans buzzing. However, this is the first real evidence that we've gotten that indicates we could see the new Pokemon game this year.

Now, here's the thing. This is just a suggestive survey, so there's not 100 percent proof we'll see the game this year. Also, Metroid Prime 4 wasn't listed in the survey, and that's being suggested as a holiday release (not confirmed). So anything is possible at this rate.

Still, based on the survey results, people are excited for whatever Pokemon holds on the Nintendo Switch, so hopefully we'll hear what Nintendo is up to sooner rather than later. We'll keep you informed on whatever the company has in mind.
