This July, even more of Marvel's fan favorite characters will walk on the Edge of Venomverse.
Marvel Comics has provided ComicBook.com with an exclusive first look at the solicitations for Edge of Venomverse #2 and Edge of Venomverse #3.
Edge of Venomverse #2 is written by Chris Hastings (Gwenpool, Vote Loki) with art by Irene Strychalski (Gwenpool, Silk). The issue brings Gwenpool, a.k.a. Gwendolyn Poole, to Edge of Venomverse and sees the character possessed by a Venom symbiote. The issue also promises to have Gwenpool discover something major that will lead into Marve's big Venom story of 2017.
Edge of Venomverse #3 sees writer Simon Spurrier (X-Men: Legacy, X-Force) return to Marvel to introduce Ghost Rider, Robbie Reyes, to Edge of Venomverse. Featuring artwork by Tigh Walker (Big Thunder Mountain Railroad), Edge of Venomverse #3 sees Ghost Rider bonding with a Venom symbiote to become something even more dangerous, the Host Rider.
The previously announced first issue of Edge of Venomverse, arriving in June, is written by Matthew Rosenberg (Kingpin, Rocket Raccoon) with art by Roland Boschi (Karnak). The issue follows X-23 as she escapes from The Facility but becomes bonded with Venom symbiote, further enhancing her Wolverine abilities.

Edge of Venomverse is inspired by the popular Venomized variants that launched in March 2017. The series of variant covers reimagined Marvel's most popular and iconic characters as they'd appear after bonding with a Venom symbiote.
Edge of Venomverse will lead into a major Venom events that Marvel has in the planning for 2017.
