The guys over at Man At Arms: Reforged, a web series from AWE me, have channeled their inner DC hero and recreated the Aquaman trident carried by Jason Momoa.

"In the Justice League and in the new Batman v. Superman movie, it's dark and steel," the narrator says of Aquaman's on-screen trident as a goldsmith breaks down the materials to create it. Blacksmith Sam Salvati starts out by roasting the steel to a hot glow in order to mold it into the five points found on the end of the trident which is actually a quindent considering it has five points.

By the end of the documentary, several goldsmiths and blacksmiths combine their efforts to create a well pointed, highly detailed replica of the trident first seen in Batman v. Superman (or, the Unite the Seven image, rather) wielded by Jason Momoa's Aquaman.

Aquaman's next appearance on the big screen will come in Justice League which is set for release on November 17, 2017.
