In the most recent seasons of The Flash, Supergirl, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow, each of the CW series took part in an unprecedented four-night crossover which pulled characters from each show into the others. The fast-moving Invasion story saw the DC Heroes taking on an alien threat, uniting on TV screens in full force for the first time.

Rolling into the new seasons of DC Comics series on the CW, the crossover event will only continue to grow according to Arrow‘s Oliver Queen actor Stephen Amell.
“I know exactly what’s going to happen,” Amell points out.
“I think that the whole idea is that after the success of last year, we tone it down, and not include all the shows and just kind of make it as pedestrian as possible,” the actor joked, before adding, “Or the exact opposite of that!”
While Amell can not divulge any plot details or who will be attempting to wreak havoc on TV’s mini-Justice League, he does reveal the upcoming crossover will expand by comparison to last year’s in one major way.
“I think the idea this year, from what I understand is, last year they said four-night crossover but in a lot of ways, Supergirl was just kind of a lead in to The Flash, so I think this year they really want to get everyone involved,” Amell said. “It’s not going to be a four-night, well I guess four-night, but Legends and Flash are on the same night. I think they want to get everyone involved in every show. I like having the anchor, we have the anchor this year, Thursday night.”
With Arrow moving to Thursday nights this fall, Amell’s series will serve as the culmination of the crossover event. “I would rather be last than first,” Amell points out.

Oliver has finally solidified and strengthened his crime-fighting team only to have it threatened when unexpected enemies from his past return to Star City, forcing Oliver to rethink his relationship with each member of his “family.”
Based on the characters from DC, ARROW is from Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television, with executive producers Greg Berlanti (“The Flash,” “Supergirl”), Marc Guggenheim (“DC’s Legends of Tomorrow,” “Eli Stone”), Wendy Mericle (“Desperate Housewives,” “Eli Stone”), Andrew Kreisberg (“The Flash,” “Eli Stone,” “Warehouse 13”) and Sarah Schechter (“The Flash,” “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow”).
Supergirl premieres on Monday, October 9th at 8 pm, while The Flash debuts on Tuesday, October 10 at 8 pm. Legends of Tomorrow moves to Tuesdays this Fall, airing right after The Flash on October 10. On Thursday, October 12 at 9 pm Arrow will premiere to round out the DC roster.
