ReLIFE Kenketsu-Hen
ReLife has become an anime phenomenon thanks to its fantastical storyline, and fans will soon get more of it. Created in 2016, ReLife is set to air its final chapter ReLife Kenketsu-Hen sometimes in Spring 2018. The series tells the story of Arata Kaizaki, a 27-year-old man who loses his job and bemoans his adult rut. As such, Arata joins an experimental program known as ReLife. The experiment will de-age the man and send him back to high school in order to fix his adult troubles. The anime's comeback is set to conclude the series and follow Arata as he finishes the experiment, returns to his real life, and hopefully resolves his ongoing love affair with Chizuru Hishiro.
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection
Fans were not expecting Code Geass to get a third season, but it looks like their wildest dream came true. When the anime ended its second season, fans watched as the show's lead sacrificed himself to bring world peace. Now, it looks like Lelouch vi Britannia is making a comeback, and it will require him to leave the grave. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection is set to debut next year and pick up were Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 left off. The folks behind the new story have said the anime will see Lelouch return as a lead, leaving fans to wonder how the ex-vigilante will come back from a rather final death.
Steins;Gate 0
Anime fans will gladly admit that Steins;Gate is one of the industry's most innovative series as of late. The tech-savvy show took the idea of time travel to new heights, and the series will get a revival when Steins;Gate 0 in the near future. The new anime is set to tell a different ending which was show briefly in the original show before timelines erased the reality. Okabe Rintarou will resume his place as a lead, but he's no longer a scientist. The former madman finds himself paired up Maho Hiyajo, a scientist who knows his Kurisu. The lady shows Okabe a new piece of tech which can store memories, but the lead finds himself stumped when he begins to experience the original Okabe's memories vicariously through the device.
Fate/Stay Night: Heaven’s Feel Trilogy
The Fate/Stay Night franchise took a major step towards expansion last year. The anime series announced it would be debuting a new anime, feature films, and even light novels in the near future to fans' delight. For now, most fans are looking forward to the release of Fate/Stay Night: Heaven's Feel as the series will house three films. The first movie, which is set to release in October, will follow a supporting character named Sakura Matou from the original anime. The trilogy will then show how her role and her feelings for lead Shirou Emiya wind up altering the course of the Holy Grail War.
One Punch Man
When it comes to hyped anime comebacks, there is no greater champion than One Punch Man. The shonen anime has been a standout since it premiered, and fans have been waiting a long time for its second season to drop. Reports suggest that One Punch Man will return in 2018, and fans are ready to see Saitama make a comeback. The series follows the bald man as he fights crime under the superhero moniker One Punch Man. Having trained to become the world's best hero, Saitama discovers he can beat any enemy with a single punch. The parodic series has yet to dish out a foe which can truly best One Punch Man, but season two might be able to round someone up.
