In the trailer above, fans can watch as Josuke Higashikata wields his Stand against alley punks, but he is not the only one who can use such power. There are other characters out there who can manifest powerful psionic Stands, and those clans will be coming for Josuke whether he likes it or not.
If you are not familiar with the term Stand, then you’ve got a bit to catch up on. In JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, the anime‘s major characters wield powers known as Stands. These manifestations are psychically generated and come from within the user. Often called a physical representation of a character’s fighting spirit, a Stand is an outer-body power which can be controlled by its proprietor. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure has characters who use their powers for good, and there are those who wield them for evil causes.
There are dozens of known Stands in the franchise, but some are more famous than others. Jostar’s Stand is known as Star Platinum, and the being rocks some pretty sweet hair. Other Stands such as Hermit Purple, Silver Chariot, Magician’s Red, and more also exist with the JoJo canon.
