Next weekend, Dragon Ball Super will return with an episode fans have been waiting decades to watch. The anime will finally pit Goku against the first female Super Saiyans, and the hero will face-off against Caulifla after she goes SSJ2. However, it seems as if Kale is the Super Saiyan everyone should actually be keeping an eye on.

MORE: 5 Things You Never Knew About Broly

Thanks to translators like Todd Blankenship, Dragon Ball Super fans can read up on the synopses for the show’s 100th episode. You can read one of the description for “Rampage! The Berserker Awakens!!” below:

“Universe 6’s Kale suddenly transforms and mows down one contestant after another, ignoring even her friend Caulifla’s voice as she rampages around. But Universe 11’s Jiren defeats Kale without a word. Seeing Jiren’s great strength, Son Goku cannot suppress his desire to fight him.”

Reading over the synopsis, fans should be struck by one note regarding Kale. Audiences already know the quiet Saiyan is capable of going berserk and powering into a Super Saiyan form similar to Broly’s LLSJ. The latter transformation is a rare one in the Dragon Ball Universe, and it makes warriors like Broly wholly irrational when they are overtaken by their desire to fight. And, as fans can see, Kale will succumb to such an urge too.

The synopsis above stresses Kale becomes oblivious to the world around her once she goes into her berserker mode. The form will help the Universe 6 warrior mow down competition in the Tournament of Power, but it will come at a cost. Kale’s transformation will turn her deaf to Caulifla’s pleas, so there’s no guarantee the new form won’t cause Kale to turn on her team.

Luckily for fighters, it looks like Kale won’t be allowed to rampage for long. Universe 11 will bring a stop to the Super Saiyan when Jiren takes Kale out with a single blow, but the ending will be a low-point for viewers. Fans have been waiting for quiet some time to see Kale’s ‘Female Broly’ form go toe-to-toe with Universe 7, so they better enjoy the battle when it makes its debut next weekend.

The synopsis of Dragon Ball Super‘s current saga can be read here: “According to an invitation that Goku gets, Zen-Oh (Omni King) is starting a martial arts tournament between all the universes called “Chikara no Taikai” (Tournament of Power). But it is the beginning of universal destruction. Something awaits the winners and losers of this tournament. What will become of this fierce team battle between each universe’s elite warriors?

Dragon Ball Super‘s “Universal Survival” saga is part of the recent simulcast agreement that sites like Crunchyroll and Funimation have scored. Dragon Ball Super airs on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami will begin airing the English dub on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.
