Anime: Fan Art Friday Cosplay Edition

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you are excited for a weekend full of anime fun like we are. With the release of Ghost In The Shell today, and My Hero Academia and Attack On Titan second seasons releasing tomorrow, this weekend is jam-packed with outstanding new anime.

Not only are new shows coming out this weekend, but this week was also a great week for fan art. With cons and events galore, we get to see fans show off their awesome cosplay and artwork. So today we have a Fan Art Friday we will be focusing on the coolest anime cosplay that has popped up on the Internet this past week. Awesome Megumin Cosplay from Anime Japan 2017

KonoSuba characters have been the focus of a lot of fan art recently, as we have seen many renditions of Aqua and Megumin in drawings and pictures all over the web. But cosplayer @k_puraine caught our eye with her amazing Megumin cosplay that was seen at Anime Japan 2017. The costume is perfect with amazing details down to the choker and wrapped up leg. This explosion crazy mage blew our minds and we cant wait to see what other hyper detailed cosplay she comes up with next.

Fullmetal Alchemist Lust Cosplay

With the live action adaptation of Fullmetal Alchemist coming out soon, we have been seeing more and more of the franchise’s awesome characters in Cons around the world. But cosplayer Katyuska Moonfox’s version of the sexiest character from Fullmetal Alchemist, Lust, is what we will be focusing on today. Serval From Kemono Friends

Kemono Freinds is a show is the inspiration for many cosplayers at Anime Japan 2017. The show featuring animals in a zoo that mysteriously are turned into girls, has lots of kawaii costume opportunities. @nap_ex’s rendition of Serval is not only adorable but really creative. Sakura Cosplay

This week was Sakura Haruno’s birthday. The Naruto character may get some flak for her personality, but regardless is one of the most recognizable characters in anime history. To celebrate her birthday cosplayer @ohshisma posted some amazing pictures of her Sakura cosplay on her twitter. Her Sakura is one of the best we have ever seen with amazing attention to detail.
