Hazbin Hotel’s next season is set to arrive on the screen this October, arriving just in time to be a part of 2025’s spooky season. While the surreal animated series is prepping for season two, creator Vivienne Medrano is thinking about the future. Amazon Prime Video has already confirmed that Hazbin Hotel isn’t just confirmed for a second season, but seasons three and four as well. While release dates for these additional seasons have yet to be revealed, this isn’t stopping Medrano from talking about the future of Charlie Morningstar and her fellow denizens of the underworld.

Taking to her official Bluesky social media account, Medrano sang the praises of Hazbin Hotel’s third season, while hinting at what is to come in season two, “I feel like I have to wait to gush about how much I adore S3 of Hazbin because S2 is the one coming out, and S2 is AMAZING but holy sh*t S3 just is like a dream come true creatively for me so I CANNOT wait to let loose. Those of you who enjoy these shows will be so f*ckin’ fed the next few years.” While Hazbin Hotel has been confirmed for four seasons total so far, these seasons have not been confirmed to be the end for Charlie and company.
Hazbin Hotel’s Future
When last we left Charlie and her cohorts, the underworld residents were able to hold back heaven’s onslaught. With the nefarious Adam killed during the confrontation, Morningstar had a brief moment to breathe, though things would never be the same for many Hazbin Hotel inhabitants. Specifically, Sir Pentious found himself becoming welcomed past the Pearly Gates, creating quite a big change for the serpent-like demon. On top of this change, a wild new character is preparing to take on a big role in season two.
One of the biggest reveals of the season one finale was that Charlie’s mother, Lilith, was preparing to be a part of her daughter’s life. With Charlie’s father, Lucifer, playing a significant role in the premiere season, this arrival is sure to throw a curveball into the underworld’s continuing search for redemption. On top of Lilith’s role, Medrano has gone on record that the Radio Demon’s origin story is set to be a big part of season two, meaning Hazbin Hotel fans have plenty to look forward to on October 29th.
The Hazbin Hotel won’t be the only Hellaverse creation on Amazon Prime Video, as Helluva Boss has been confirmed to hit the streaming service as well. While the side series has also been confirmed for four seasons, the fourth entry for I.M.P. will be its last. Creator Vivienne Medrano and writer Brandon Rogers have a plan for Helluva Boss’ grand finale, but we’ll still have plenty of episodes released before the curtain call.
