X-Men Apocalypse Movie

Last week, a rumored description of the X-Men: Days of Future Past after the credits scene surfaced online. The scene set up the introduction of Apocalypse, who is depicted as an alien form who comes crashing to earth. As the rumor has gained traction online, X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer has taken to Twitter to debunk the rumor...or at least part of it. Earlier today, Singer tweeted, "#Apocalypse is not an alien. :) #XMenApocalypse." Singer did not debunk the after the credits scene as a whole, just the part of it that suggested Apocalypse was an alien. Of course, with one part of the rumor debunked, it does suggest that the entire description is likely false. X-Men: Days of Future Past is set to be released in movie theaters on May 23, 2014. X-men: Apocalypse will be released in movie theaters on May 27, 2016.
