Twin Peaks Revisited in New David Lynch-Directed Promo

David Lynch will reportedly direct a new promo for Twin Peaks, and plans to shoot it on Tuesday, according to a casting call picked up by Bring Back Twin Peaks and Welcome To Twin Peaks. While still not officially announced, a Blu-ray box set that will collect both seasons of the cult-hit TV series along with Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me, the theatrical feature film that served as a prequel to the show, has been one of Hollywood's worst-kept secrets for months. Rumors swirled last year that there would be new Twin Peaks, possibly released through Hulu or NBC, but Lynch's daughter, who worked on Twin Peaks projects with him during its original run, rejected those rumors. The show will turn 25 soon, and that's long been a target for fans of the series, since there was an in-show reference to 25 years in the future.
