Warner Bros. is in the early stages of rebooting the Scooby Doo film franchise, according to Deadline.
Warner Bros. previously adapted the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon into a live action film starring Freddie Prinze Jr, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Matthew Lillard, Linda Cardellini and Isla Fisher as “the gang.” The film was directed by Raja Gosnell and grossed $268 million at the box office, enough for Warner Bros. and Gosnell to reteam for a sequel two years later.
