Funko Announces First Wave Of SDCC Exclusives

There are several standbys when discussing San Diego Comic-Con.

A race for a good hotel room, standing in a line of hours for one signature, and lack of funds to buy everything you want. All happen just about every year, and the latest wave of Funko Comic-Con exclusives should be added to that list.

This year’s wave 1 includes a pretty diverse group of Dorbz and Pop’s (via Action Figure Insider), and the first offering is from the beloved Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. It’s titled the Sex Bob-Omb 3-pack and includes Stephen Stills, Scott Pilgrim, and Kim Pine. After Scott Pilgrim, Funko brings all three Powderpuff girls, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, to the show, and con-goers will be first to grab them. The last Pop! is a Green Goblin painted in Translucent Glitter Green, which comes with a glider.

For the Dorbz portion, they’re offering a Wreck-it-Ralph Vanellope ride, and for fans of Tim Burton’s Batman universe, attendees can grab a Burton Batman 3-pack featuring Batman, Catwoman, and a creepy looking Penguin for their collection.

This is just the first wave, of which there are typically 4 to 6, and Funko will release wave 2 on Wednesday. In the meantime check out wave 1 in the gallery.
