Huge Walking Dead Rick Grimes Statue From McFarlane Toys

During Toy Fair 2014, Todd McFarlane revealed a huge Rick Grimes statue in production at McFarlane Toys. McFarlane says the idea came from a loose scribble that Robert Kirkman made.The massive statue has the one-handed Rick Grimes shooting, chopping, and grappling his way through a threesome of zombie walkers. The statue is based on the comic book version of Rick Grimes and not Andrew Lincoln from AMC’s Walking Dead TV series.The other, normal-sized figures in the photo should give you a sense of the statue’s immense scale. In a Facebook post, McFarlane wrote, “I would say this one item got more attention than any single piece we had this weekend.”No word yet on a price or release date, but it will be released sometime in 2014.
