Smith says that he hopes to debut the film at the Toronto International Film Festival, as he did with Tusk, but that he knows he will debut the film’s trailer at his Comic Con International: San Diego panel later this summer.

The film is the second of three planned films about Canada — the “True North Trilogy” — which began with last year’s Tusk, a film in which the characters pictured above, played by Smith’s daughter Harley Quinn Smith and Lily-Rose Depp, daughter of Johnny Depp, debuted.
Also reprising his role from that film will be Johnny Depp himself as a Quebec police detective who is enlisted by two convenience store clerks to solve a mystery.
