The newest edition to Kotobukiya’s Marvel Now! X-Men Line is everyone’s favorite berserker furball Wolverine.

The most recent ARTFX+ statue joins the others in the line, including Cyclops, Emma Frost, Magneto, Magik, Rogue, and Beast. Wolverine, as with the rest of the line, is based on the artwork of artist Adi Granov. This costume wasn’t used as long as some of his others, but it makes sense here since it was used in the last relaunch of Logan’s Wolverine book before Laura took over the role. Plus, there have been so many statues of Wolvie, that I applaud going with something different just for a change of pace.
Truth be told, I didn’t really like the costume at first, but it has sort of grown on me in a weird way, and Koto’s representation of it and the character is top notch. The statue comes in at right under 7 and a half inches tall, and comes with the same magnetic base as the others.
You can pre-order the statue now, and it will ship out sometime in September of this year.
