Let’s face it, that $5 million you have sitting in a pile is great for rolling around in, but otherwise it’s just collecting dust. Sure, you could buy, say, 1,666,666 copies of Marvel’s new #1 issues, or 83,333 copies of Star Wars Battlefront, but you know what you really want, nay, what you really need: a Batmobile from 1966.

Yes, this is the real Batmobile, used in the 1960s TV show. This vehicle, designed by George Barris, was used from 1966 to 1968 in the Batman series that starred Adam West and Burt Ward. It was last sold in 2013 to a collector named Rick Champagne for around $4.6 million.
Now it’s at the same auction house he bought it at, Barrett-Jackson, this time with a price tag of $5 million. Seize the day, rich people. Seize the day.
