Marvel Comics has released a preview of the upcoming Nova #1, featuring who they call “the year’s most exciting new super hero,” from writer Jeph Loeb and artist Ed McGuinness.The issue, due out on February 20, features an all-new Nova, Sam Alexander, who will be connected to the Guardians of the Galaxy and, reportedly, be the center of a large-scale “cosmic” crossover event from Marvel Comics later this year. Those rumors seem to get a big thumbs-up from this solicitation, as is issue apparently “help[s] set the stage for the biggest comic book event of the year.”Also, if you look closely, it looks like Sam shares a school principal with Marty McFly.Check out the solicitation text and preview pages below.
