Of course, this film experienced significant delays during production, so it wouldn’t be surprising to see the sequel get a Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice-style delay somewhere along the line…but for now, June 3, 2016.
At present, the movie will open opposite the Seth Rogen comedy Sausage Party and a week before the Uncharted movie. The week before, Fox will bow X-Men: Apocalypse and Disney will release Alice in Wonderland: Through the Looking Glass.
